    Customer service is no longer a needed item these days apparently. You just get barked at and told to use the atm if you want to bank cheques and do other transactions. Seriously what if I don't want to use the atm!

    Worst branch I have ever been too! 1 teller only at one of the biggest shopping Centre's in the southern hemisphere. Always lined up out the door. Allow yourself at least 30mins to be attended to. Disgraceful
