    A wonderful first impression! When I booked my appointment over the phone I told the girls how desperate I was for a cuppa and they remembered/ensured I got one. My stylist was Kate, who made some excellent suggestions for my hair, checked that I understood what she was doing before she did anything and showed me all the products she used. General welcoming and positive atmosphere as well, felt like I was catching up with friends. Thanks!
