    Just was served by Mark, he was busy stocking shelves but stopped to help me select a dog food as mine was out of stock. Helped carry it to the front and to my car. Definitely coming back.

    My dog is currently in an Emergency ward because i was given a puppy to 4kg dose of Advantic. If I had been given the correct dose for 30kgs plus I have no doubt that she would have not got a paralysis tick. I had administered the advantik a week earlier. She had not got wet and she ended up with a paralysis tick. Please train your staff to ask the weight of animals before providing this medicine.

    Online store service is absolutely terrible, requested a call from a supervisor a week ago was spoken to like a child by the online service member and no one has called me. Refuse to honour their loyalty program and honestly the service has just been horrific. If I could give 0 stars I would.
