  There is a staff member here that is your typical sales person. She is the nicest person until she figured that she couldn't sell us anything. Terrible

  Took my phone to this location to be sent away on repairs. 10 days later, the phone is still in store waiting to be sent to Optus. Asked why i wasn't updated on the status of the phone, the attendant shifted blame and responsibility to TOLL. Its TOLL' fault your phone is still here. Why wasn't i notified, i asked. Got a blank response. My phone is still waiting to be sent away to Optus. If you are not buying from them, you mean nothing to them. Very Poor Service.

  Very unhelplful as my mum went there so she can change her phone number and transfer her credit onto a new sim card. Was told it couldn't be done and couldn't even activate a prepaid sim card for her! Very pathetic no effort whatsoever !!!!!

  The staff were more than helpful and really went above to provide me with fantastic service. So much that I have recommended this service to my girl and we are heading back to get another phone.
